Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products (cashew), we are unable to accept returns for a full refund. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are not satisfied with your order. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Spoiled cashew: If your cashew arrive damaged or spoiled upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit for the full amount of the damaged or spoiled cashew.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct items to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for different varieties or types of cashew.

How to Return or Request a Replacement

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • cashew that are not damaged or spoiled
  • cashew that have been consumed

Refunds

If a replacement is not available or you do not wish for a replacement, we will issue you store credit for the full amount of the damaged or spoiled cashew. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning any damaged or spoiled cashew. We will cover the shipping costs of sending you replacement items for incorrect orders.

Time Limits

All returns and requests for replacements must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order..
